Executive (ESLP)

The Executive will be part of a project team supporting both the Technical Assistance and Process and Outcome Evaluation teams in ensuring the smooth operations on a day-to-day basis. This may include support in the areas of finance, procurement, project KPI tracking or project deliverables, data management, logistics and secretarial support and facilities management.

Responsibilities

1. Liaise with project stakeholders (e.g., SGEnable, MSF, Social Service Agencies) on administrative matters.

2. Manage, maintain, and update project’s shared folders as part of the project.

3. Provide logistical support for project sessions (e.g., physical or virtual venue booking, photocopying of training notes, etc.) and other pre and post session arrangements.

4. Manage and coordinate session schedules (e.g., group calendars, trainings).

5. General administrative matters pertaining to the project, including taking notes of meeting, filing, photocopying.

6. Support procurement matters including tracking use of funding and purchasing resources.

7. Perform data entry, management and analysis, including KPI reporting, updating and maintaining the data management system if needed

8. Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer/ Management.

Requirements

1. Educational qualifications

  • A minimum educational qualification of Honours degree in Psychology or equivalent from a recognised institution

2. Experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint

  • Proficient in software used for surveys  (e.g., Qualtrics)

  • (Preferred) At least 2 years of relevant work experience

  • (Preferred) Experience in the Special Needs or Adult Disability social service sectors

3. Other qualities

  • Confidentiality/discretion towards sensitive and/or confidential information

  • Meticulous and organised

Senior Manager/ Assistant Director, Finance, Procurement & Administration 

Overview 

You will lead and oversee the CPH’s finance, procurement, administration, and facilities functions—ensuring sound financial governance, data-informed planning, and operational excellence. If you're someone who thrives in a purpose-driven environment, enjoys juggling strategy and operations, and is passionate about building robust systems and processes, this role is for you. 

 

Responsibilities 

  1. Lead annual and block budgeting exercises and negotiate budget allocations with business units 

  2. Oversee budget utilisation, financial reporting (e.g., Income & Expenditure Statements, Statement of Accounts), and compliance matters including GST, income tax, and audits 

  3. Manage financial systems (e.g., SAP BI, QuickBooks), banking matters, invoice and claims processing 

  4. Lead central procurement, vendor management, and procurement advisory 

  5. Supervise administrative operations including lease, license, insurance, and facilities management 

  6. Develop financial policies, SOPs, and internal control frameworks  

  7. Harness data and analytics to inform resource planning, performance reporting, and decision-making 

 

Requirements 

  1. Qualifications, Technical Skills & Knowledge 

    • A degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 

    • At least 8 years of relevant working experience 

    • Strong administrative, planning and organisational skills  

    • Proficient in financial software and systems (e.g., SAP BI, QuickBooks, Excel) 

    • Financial governance, audit, and compliance standards (e.g., GST, income tax) 

    • Budget planning and monitoring frameworks in a public or non-profit setting 

    • Experience with setting up financial policies, guidelines and SOPs 

    • Experience with implementation of systems 

  2. Other Qualities

  • Proactive and resourceful in improving processes and resolving issues 

  • Able to manage complexity and prioritise across multiple responsibilities 

  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive financial and organisational data 

  • Collaborative and communicative; able to engage and influence stakeholders across levels 

  • Service-oriented mindset with a desire to support frontline teams effectively
