Mr. Ernest Lee

It is empowering and a blessing to be able to give to people around you. Especially to those who may be looking for meaning, mindfulness, support or just that listening ear.

Ernest is a people and human resources professional with over 25 years of experience spanning the public and private sectors. He currently serves as Global Vice President, Human Resources at Shell, where he partners the company’s global Lubricants business while also leading its HR community in Asia. Prior to his corporate career, Ernest also founded and ran his own technology start-up, giving him experience across entrepreneurship, business and people leadership.

Ernest is passionate about enabling people and communities and actively contributes to the social sector. He serves as a Tripartite Mediation Advisor with TADM, a pioneer mentor with the Singapore Leaders Network, and a Student Leader Development Coach and Mentor with Social Gifting Singapore. He was also conferred the NTUC May Day Medal of Commendation in 2025.

Ernest finds it empowering and a privilege to give back to the community. He values the opportunity to serve alongside the CPH team to make a positive difference through the work of both hearts and minds.

Ernest holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and Technology from Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, and a Graduate Diploma in Organisational Development from the Civil Service College (CSC), Singapore. He is also a Certified Facilitator/Practitioner with the Kantor Institute and a Senior Professional with the Institute for Human Resource Professionals (iHRP).
