Ms Lee May Gee

“Let all that you do be done in love.” – 1 Corinthians 16:14

Ms Lee May Gee has more than 20 years of experience in public policy and operations, having served in various roles across the Singapore Public Service. She currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of SG Enable, Singapore’s national agency for disability. In this role, she works with government agencies, social service organisations, and corporate and community partners to advance employment, lifelong learning, independent living, caregiver support and community inclusion for persons with disabilities.

These experiences have shaped her perspective on the importance of effective policy, strong partnerships and coordinated systems of support in enabling individuals and families to thrive.

What resonates with May Gee about CPH’s mission is its deep care for people - their dignity, well-being and ability to live meaningful lives. As societal needs become more complex, she believes that psychological well-being will be increasingly important to supporting individuals, families and communities. She hopes to contribute her experience and perspectives to CPH’s journey, and to support the organisation in deepening its impact on the people and communities it serves.

May Gee holds a Master’s Degree in Public Management from the NUS Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and a Master’s Degree in Law and Accounting from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
