Mr. Ray Chua serves as Assistant Director and Principal Clinical Psychologist, where he co-leads the Corporate Services Department. Ray brings a unique multidisciplinary perspective to leadership, having made a mid-career transition from Accountancy to Psychology.

With a rich professional history as a Financial Controller and Business Development Manager alongside his tenure as a Community Mental Health Team Lead, Ray seamlessly integrates clinical excellence with organizational oversight. He has recognized expertise in gaming disorder and the author of a guide for parents on the subject.

Ray holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) from the National University of Singapore, a Bachelor of Psychology from James Cook University, and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University. He is a Registered Psychologist and Registered Supervisor with the Singapore Psychological Society (SPS).
