Mr Neo Sing Hwee serves as the Global Client Service Partner for Government & Public Sector at Ernst & Young.
With a strong belief in serving the community with compassion and purpose, Sing Hwee has dedicated his time and experience to strengthening support for those in need. He serves on the boards of SG Enable, Ren Ci Hospital, KidSTART Singapore and Cheng Hong Social Welfare Society, contributing to initiatives that uplift lives and promote inclusive care. As a Grassroots Leader in Sembawang Central, he works closely with seniors, families and vulnerable individuals, helping to foster a caring community where everyone is valued, supported and able to live with dignity.
For Sing Hwee, joining the Board of Community Psychology Hub was an opportunity to advance a cause he deeply believed in – that mental well-being was the foundation of a healthy and resilient community. He hoped to contribute to bringing psychology closer to individuals and families, enabling a better understanding of their needs, strengthening emotional resilience, and providing timely support before challenges became overwhelming. He also hoped to help build a compassionate community where everyone felt heard, supported and empowered to thrive.
Sing Hwee is a Senior Accredited Board Director accredited by the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID). He also holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) and is a Fellow Chartered Public Accountant of Singapore and a Fellow of the Singapore Institute of Directors (SID).
